Ideal for:

  • Worn or heavily scratched hardwood

  • Floors with an aged or damaged finish

  • Floors that have lost their original colour

  • Clients wanting to change the colour

  • Floors that haven't been refinished in many years

Hardwood Floor Refresh

Our residential packages are designed to protect your interior hardwood at every stage — from full restoration to ongoing preventative maintenance.

The Refresh Package

Screen, Buff & Recoat

If your hardwood is still in good condition but the existing finish has become dull, scratched or worn, a professional screen and recoat can restore the surface without sanding the floor back to bare wood.

Ideal for floors that need a refresh—not a complete refinish:

  • Floors that are generally in good condition

  • Dull or worn finishes

  • Light surface scratches

  • High-traffic areas

  • Floors that are losing their sheen

  • Previously refinished floors that need maintenance

  • Clients wanting to extend the life of their existing finish

Stair Refinishing

Our residential packages are designed to protect your interior hardwood at every stage — from full restoration to ongoing preventative maintenance.

The Stair Restore

Staircase Refinishing & Restoration

Restore your staircase without replacing it. We refinish existing hardwood stairs to remove years of wear, update colour and bring the staircase back into the design of your home.

Ideal for:

  • Worn stair treads

  • Scratched staircases

  • Outdated stain colours

  • Faded finish

  • Matching existing/newly refinished floors

  • Home renovations

  • Updating oak stairs to a darker or more contemporary colour

Restore Vs Refresh

“Which service does my floor really need?”

THE RESTORE

Take it back to the wood. Start fresh.

A Restore is a complete hardwood refinishing process designed for floors that need more than a new topcoat.

The existing finish is progressively sanded away to expose the wood beneath. The floor can then be repaired where appropriate, stained to a new colour if desired, and protected with a professional finish system.

THE REFRESH

Renew the finish. Preserve the wood.

A Refresh is designed for floors where the existing finish is still intact but has become dull, lightly scratched, or worn from everyday use.

Rather than sanding down to bare wood, we carefully prepare the existing finish and apply a new protective coat.
